CAYO – Concerned African Youth Organization a youth-led, non-governmental and non-profit Civil Society Organization. CAYO was founded in 2022 by a group of like-minded youths comprising of men and women with experiences in different sectors. CAYO has registered as a Local Organization under the new CSO proclamation number 1113/2019 with the registration number of 7335. CAYO, mandated to operate in all regional states in the country including Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa with various thematic program areas of intervention namely: Education and Skills Development, Youth and Women Empowerment, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, Protection, Health (HIV, SRHR, Mental Health and Nutrition), Entrepreneurship and Employability, Peacebuilding(Youth, Women-Peace and Security, Conflict- PRR), and Youth Care Emergencies Response.
